Byker Bridge Housing Association is a charitable housing association, registered in 1973 under the Industrial & Provident Societies Act 1965 as Carr-Gomm (Tyneside).

BBHA aims to provide supported, long term accommodation, employment opportunities, life skills training and access to health care to people over the age of eighteen years.

BBHA has accommodation projects in Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside & Northumberland.

In addition BBHA also manages a furniture recycling workshop, an emergency direct access accommodation unit, a healthcare centre and also runs an urban community farm.
